• Assorted fruit juices500ml
• Gelatin powder15g
• Honey2 tbsp

Step-by-step

1. 1Divide juices into separate bowls by color.
2. 2Bloom gelatin in each portion.
3. 3Warm each gently and pour into a flat tray in layers.
4. 4Chill between layers until set.
5. 5Cut into vibrant cubes.
